I really like the room as it had a separate living space for the kids to hang out and the parents had their own room with a tv. Loved that ours had a kitchenette which is good to know if we come back in the summer. Our room the only one in the hotel had a balcony and since it was so nice I did sit out there for awhile to read.

Bed was so comfy. Heat worked well and we certainly appreciated it. Breakfast was great..lots of variety, and tasty. Also, I appreciated that the body wash was scentfree.

The breakfast was pretty good, my whole family enjoyed it. Special thanks to the staff for accommodating me even at 1 a.m. in the morning when I asked for extra blankets. We were also allowed to enjoy our take out dinner in the dining room - all 10 of us were going to eat in one of our bedrooms and that would've gotten messy!

Breakfast had great variety, to suit everyone’s tastes. Staff in breakfast room friendly and helpful. The staff at reception, and even the guests were all very friendly.

We went to Kincardine to visit our daughters who were camping at Inverhuron Provincial Park with their families. The hotel was conveniently located for the visit. We arrived a bit early for check in, but the super nice lady at reception said there was no problem to get the room ahead of time. The room was simple but comfortable and well equipped. Same goes for the bathroom and everything and everywhere was immaculately clean. Good and abundant towels and nice linen. The bed was comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Great shower, a real plus after a whole day outdoors. The hotel was very quiet despite being full. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and perfectly cooked. No burnt or greasy dishes. We are frequent travellers and hotels’ veterans and we have put this hotel in our return list.

Our only issue was we were not told what the hours for breakfast service were. When we came down at 9:35 the employee was just starting to clean up. He very kindly allowed us to get a coffee and a muffin which we appreciated.
